About CreatorToolBox

CreatorToolBox is a small, independent website that hosts 15 free browser-based utilities for people who make content online. There is no company behind it and no funding round — it is built and maintained by one person who kept opening a different website for every tiny job while editing videos, and eventually put them all in one place.

Who runs this site

CreatorToolBox is owned and operated by Prakash Gohel, an independent web publisher based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Every tool, every page of copy and every line of the code on this site was written and is maintained by one person. If something is broken or a result looks wrong, the message goes directly to the person who can fix it.

Why the site exists

Making a video involves a lot of small, repetitive text work. You need a title that reads well, an opening line that keeps people watching, a description that is laid out properly, a set of hashtags, a caption that fits inside a character limit and a thumbnail that is the right size and not too heavy. None of those tasks are hard. What is annoying is that each one usually lives on a different website, wrapped in sign-up forms, upgrade prompts and trial limits.

CreatorToolBox is the opposite of that. Open a tool, use it, close the tab. There is no account, no email capture, no free trial that expires and no dashboard to learn.

How the tools are built

Most of the tools run entirely in your browser using plain JavaScript. That includes the image compressor and image resizer, which use your browser's canvas, and the password generator — in those cases your file or your password never leaves your device, because there is no server involved at all.

The content generators (titles, hooks, ideas, descriptions, hashtags) work from tested writing patterns rather than a language model. That is a deliberate choice: it makes them instant, free to run and completely private, but it also means the output is a starting draft rather than a finished product. The tool has never seen your video. Take the angle that fits closest, rewrite it in your own voice, and make sure it honestly describes what you made.

What we do not do

How the site is funded

CreatorToolBox is free to use and is supported by advertising. Ads are clearly separated from the tools themselves and never change the result a tool gives you. Advertising and the analytics we use are described in full in the Privacy Policy, and you can change your consent choice at any time from the link in the cookie banner.

Editorial approach

The guides in the blog are written from hands-on experience with the platforms they describe, not spun from other articles. Where a figure comes from an official source — a character limit, an image size, a platform rule — we link to that source so you can check it yourself. Platform rules change often; if you spot something out of date, tell us and it gets corrected.
