This policy explains what happens to information when you use CreatorToolBox at www.creatortoolbox.click. It describes what the site actually does today, and it is written to be specific rather than reassuring — where a third-party service is involved, it is named.

CreatorToolBox has no accounts, no logins and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details, and there is nowhere on the site to enter them.
What you type into a tool — a topic, a block of text, a number, a date or an image file — is treated as working data for that tool. In almost every case it is used on your own device and then discarded when you close or reload the page. Nothing you enter is saved between visits.
Fourteen of the fifteen tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript on your device. That includes the YouTube Title Generator, Viral Hook Generator, Hashtag Generator, Video Idea Generator, YouTube Description Generator, Word Counter, Case Converter, Percentage Calculator, EMI Calculator, Age Calculator, Image Compressor, Image Resizer, URL Slug Generator and Password Generator.
For these tools, the text, numbers and images you provide are not uploaded anywhere. This is worth stressing for two of them in particular: images you compress or resize are processed locally through your browser's canvas and never leave your computer, and generated passwords are created on your device and never transmitted or logged.
The QR Code Generator is the one tool that sends your input off your device. To draw the code, the text or link you enter is passed to an external QR rendering service at api.qrserver.com as part of the image request. That provider receives whatever you typed and handles it under its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
If you would rather not share something with a third party, do not put it into the QR Code Generator. Every other tool on the site keeps your input local.
CreatorToolBox uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, and they fall into two groups.
ctb_consent, records the choice you make in the cookie banner so we do not ask you again on every page. It contains only the word "granted" or "denied" and is never sent to a server. It is set whichever option you choose, because without it we cannot remember your decision.We use Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are all set to denied by default on every page load, before any Google script runs. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary entry is stored unless you actively consent. You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page, and you can clear all site data through your browser settings.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-G2PLCB7P6Q), operated by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to understand which tools and pages are used and roughly where visitors come from. The script is present on every page but, because of Consent Mode, it does not write analytics cookies or collect identifiers until you accept.
If you accept, Google Analytics may process your truncated IP address, approximate location at country or region level, device and browser type, referring page, the pages you view and the events you trigger. We do not send Google anything you type into a tool, and we never receive or store your name, email address or full IP address ourselves. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out at browser level using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
CreatorToolBox is free and is funded by advertising. Ad slots are reserved in the page layout and, once an ad network is live, will be filled by Google AdSense.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.com.
If you reject cookies in our banner, advertising storage and personalisation remain denied, and any ads shown will be non-personalised. Advertising never influences the result a tool produces, and ad slots are visually separated from tool output.
If you send a message through our contact form, the name, email address, topic and message you submit are processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.) and forwarded to us so we can reply. We use that information only to answer you, we do not add it to a mailing list, and we do not share or sell it. Submissions are deleted once the matter is resolved. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field.
The following third parties are involved in running this site. Each is named because each one receives some data:
No other external service is contacted. The site loads no third-party fonts and no social media trackers.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for strictly necessary storage is our legitimate interest in operating the site, and our legal basis for analytics and advertising is your consent, which you give or withhold in the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
Because we operate no accounts and hold no personal profiles, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or export. If you have contacted us by form or email, you can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time. Residents of the EU, UK, California and other regions with comparable laws may exercise their rights — including access, deletion and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information — by writing to us. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA and CPRA.
You can reject analytics and advertising cookies in the banner, and change that decision later through Cookie Settings in the footer. You can use every tool except the QR Code Generator without any of your input leaving your device. You can clear cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings, and you can block JavaScript for this site — though the tools will not function without it, since they are the JavaScript. Because we hold no accounts, there is no user profile to access, export or delete.
CreatorToolBox is a general-purpose utility site, not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
This page is updated whenever what the site does changes — for example when an advertising network goes live or a new third-party service is added. The intention is that this policy always describes what is actually running, not what is merely planned. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
